When I first started working with Alicia I was overwhelmed with generalized anxiety and minor depressive episodes. I was so blocked emotionally I didn’t know how to express my feelings in a healthy and beneficial way. I reacted with anger, worry and sadness and pushed loved ones away in the process. I was distracting with alcohol and cannabis in order to cope with my confusing feelings. After working consistently with Alicia and the neurofeedback software I’m able to recognize a reaction vs a response and gauge how much I’m actually feeling towards a certain situation and how much is a trauma reaction. I’m so grateful to Alicia and Neurofeedback for assisting me in getting to a consistent and even brain baseline!
